The National Rural Water Association and Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, a loyal member of our associaition have shared a call to action concerning the Phase 2 settlement Deadline for the PFAS Recovery Program.
Phase 2 of the settlement is now open for systems that were tested after 6/22/2023. The deadline to register in the program to be eligible for the settlement is July 12, 2026.
