December 18 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Time: 8:00am – 12:00pm     Place: 253 Pascoag Main Street, Pascoag, RI   TCH(s): 4 (RI DOH)
Cost: Free Instructor: Mike App

Course Outline:
This session will go over a case study of a community who was an early adopter of
SWORDFISH. We will review three homes, one known Lead, one known Copper and one
unknown. The surveys were all conducted in the same day and the results surprised the utility.
The ability to answer the question of lead vs non-Lead now easily, quickly, and definitively is not
important for the utility for the BIL but also for it to convey to its rate payers that you are safe,
this issue has been resolved finally for you and your family. The class will also go over the new
LCRI and its impacts and time horizon.

Instructor(s):
Mike serves as Electro Scan’s Executive Vice President, Global Operations. Mike started with
Electro Scan in 2018. Mike also manages the Product Development for Electro Scan including
the new pressurized tools DELTA, TRIDENT and SWORDFISH. Mike and his family live in
Syracuse, New York.

Please ask about hybrid training options.
