Over the course of 6 hours\, participants will explore proven methods\, tools\, and materials that support effective workflows in the field. While some products are incorporated throughout the training\, they are used strictly as educational examples to illustrate best practices\, demonstrate technique\, and build confidence in application. We will highlight boatloads of recent New England based projects to provide real experiences. The seminar is structured such that it will blend discussion\, instructor-led demonstrations\, and supervised hands-on exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to work directly with the tools and materials referenced in each module\, gaining familiarity with their capabilities and understanding how they perform in practical scenarios. Emphasis is placed on technique\, decision-making\, problem-solving\, and adapting to real-world conditions. We will examine aging water and wastewater piping and manhole issues as well as discuss operational issues with pump stations\, lagoons\, and other collection system and treatment facility scenarios.
